The plan combines the 5.5-km Chilla Elevated Road from Mayur Vihar to Mahamaya Flyover, a 1.4-km elevated connector linking Mahamaya Flyover to the new corridor, and the 31-km NHAI elevated Pushta Road stretching from Sector 94 towards Greater Noida. Once completed, commuters will be able to travel from Delhi to the Yamuna Expressway while bypassing much of Noida’s traffic congestion. The enhanced connectivity is expected to benefit key real estate corridors along the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway, sectors near the airport influence zone, the Yamuna Expressway region, the TRI (Tourism-Recreation-Industrial) Zone, and the area around the Buddh International Circuit, potentially boosting demand for residential, commercial, hospitality, and industrial developments.
