Lumax Auto Technologies Limited has informed the Exchange with reference to the intimation dated February 18, 2026, in respect of the Scheme of Arrangement of Amalgamation between Lumax Ancillary Limited ( Transferor Company ) and Lumax Auto Technologies Limited ( Transferee Company ) and their respective Shareholders and Creditors( Scheme ), in accordance with the provisions of Section 230 to 232 and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, read with the rules framed thereunder, that the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, New Delhi Bench (‘Hon’ble NCLT’), on February 18, 2026, has allowed/reserved the Second Motion petition.However, the pronouncement date of the final Order is yet to be listed by the Hon’ble NCLT. |SUBJECT: Amalgamation/Merger
